Rithi uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate this online shop. This notice explains what they do and how you can control optional use.
1. Your choice
Essential cookies support security, sign-in, cart and checkout services you request. Optional preference, analytics and marketing cookies remain off until you actively allow the relevant category. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or buying products.
2. The categories we use
- Essential: security, account sessions, cart, checkout and the signed record of your cookie choice.
- Preferences: optional display, media and browsing choices that make returning visits more familiar.
- Analytics: aggregated information about website use so we can find confusing or slow areas and improve them.
- Marketing: measurement and personalisation of promotions so advertising is more relevant and less repetitive.

4. Consent records and retention
When you make a choice, we store a signed consent cookie for up to 180 days and a pseudonymous consent record for up to 730 days. The record contains a receipt number, selected categories, policy version, date, page path and a one-way hash of the browser description. We do not store the full IP address in the consent log.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
Open Cookie settings at any time. Saving new choices replaces the earlier choice. Choosing “Use essential only” withdraws consent for every optional category. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
6. Third parties and transfers
If an optional analytics, advertising, media or other third-party service is connected, it is listed above and should load only after consent for its category. A provider may process data outside Kenya; where that occurs, Rithi must use an applicable lawful transfer basis and safeguards and update this notice.
7. Your rights and contact
Subject to Kenyan law, you may ask to be informed, access or correct personal data, object to or restrict processing, request deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
